As a Senior Editor, I transitioned into a leadership role, overseeing the performance of the Content Development team. Building on my previous responsibilities, I took charge of setting and maintaining high editorial standards.  

I guided the Content Development Editors and supported their work, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. My role also involved implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, contributing to the overall success of content creation and publication processes.

Senior Content Development Editor

As a Content Development Editor, I collaborated closely with over 60 authors to facilitate the creation of engaging and accurate content. Serving as the primary contact point for authors post-handover from the Acquisition Editor, I conducted in-depth research on assigned technology topics, staying updated on market trends and version updates. Managing relationships with technical reviewers, I addressed queries, ensuring a smooth exchange of feedback between authors and reviewers. Proactively scheduling and prioritizing activities, I guaranteed timely content delivery, meeting Expected Publishing Dates. 

Responsibilities extended to content review, ensuring grammar, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.

As a ULead Program Intern, I spearheaded nationwide marketing for Unschool courses, covering tasks from advertising to market research and customer acquisition. Alongside these responsibilities, I engaged in management and technical roles, enhancing my skill set. Meeting enrollment targets was crucial for earning the certificate of completion. 

During the completion stage, I also undertook the role of interviewing and shortlisting candidates for the subsequent Youth Influencer batch, showcasing my commitment to the program's continuity and success.
