I am a law enforcement leader with over Nine years of experience as a Corporal at New Castle County Division of Police (NCCPD) and a Sergeant at Delaware Army National Guard. I am passionate about serving my community and country, and enhancing public safety and security. As a Community Services Unit/Police Athletic League Officer, I work with over 7,000 youth members in various prevention-based activities at the PAL centers in New Castle and Hockessin. I also develop and implement community-oriented policing strategies and programs, such as neighborhood watch, crime prevention, and citizen police academy. In addition, I have completed multiple certifications from the Delaware COPT and the US Army, demonstrating my commitment and proficiency in law enforcement and military operations. To further my professional growth and knowledge, I am pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Trauma and Resilience at Wilmington University, where I also earned my Master of Science in Administration of Justice in 2021. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesley College, Delaware. My education background has equipped me with the skills and insights to understand and address the complex and diverse issues and challenges that affect the well-being and behavior of individuals and communities. I have developed and demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills in challenging and dynamic environments. I am always eager to learn new things, adapt to changing situations, and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
