Conduct thorough investigations on members/owners of corporations (LLC, S-Corp, Sole Proprietorship, Not-For-Profit, etc.) seeking accreditation, ensuring compliance with local/state/federal law and proper licensing is current and active. 
Review media, complaints, or court cases and verify through state reporting resources, courts, attorneys, prisons, probation officers, etc. Conduct interviews and assess if applicants meet internal compliance parameters and prepare a report of findings to present to a panel consisting of managers up to and including the COO. 
Render a decision on approving or denying an application based on panel decision and follow dispute process if requested. 
Create applicant profiles and perform annual reviews of companies in the criminal/civil realm, verifying required licensing is current and active in accordance with state/federal requirements. 
Ensure accredited and non-accredited companies' marketing materials (websites, vehicles, etc.) comply with the law and internal policies and procedures, including verifying trademark seals.
