Data from the International Labour Organization estimates 27.6 million people are in forced labor globally as of 2021, with job trafficking being a significant contributor.

The Census is an incredible undertaking of multiple short-term operations. At peak, the Census employed 1.5 million temporary workers in 2010, where nothing existed until 24 months prior. The operational flux was both challenging and rewarding.

08/26/23 Update: I WAS FIRED FOR HAVING PRINTED A FLYER DOUBLE-SIDED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SINGLE-SIDED. EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE ERROR OUT OF MY POCKET. I INFORMED THE STUDENT POPULATION ABOUT TWO GRANTS ON ONE PIECE OF PAPER. SEEMED LOGICAL SINCE STUDENTS ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR WORK EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE UNIVERSITY. IT PUT THE UNIVERSITY AT TOO MUCH RISK.

Used psychometric and personality assessments to show individuals how to communicate better about their strengths and weaknesses.  Also interview coached on how to discuss their accommodation needs.

Consulting with local businesses to enhance their diversity recruitment, EEO and affirmative action strategies.  Constructing options for employees who became ill due to disease or injury, enabling them to maintain employment, thus reducing businesses turnover.
