I help companies transform their project-centric organisation to a Product-Centric Operating Model (aka "Product Operating Model"). Here I focus on the news media industry and the circular economy. My consulting work is based on 30 years of experience in digital product development in various roles: as a product manager, executive, entrepreneur, consultant, facilitator and trainer. Dabei schöpfe ich aus einem Erfahrungsschatz von 30 Jahren digitaler Produktentwicklung in unterschiedlichen Rollen: als Produktmanager, Führungskraft, Unternehmer, Berater, Facilitator und Trainer. 2015 habe ich gemeinsam mit zwei Gleichgesinnten das Innovations-Framework "Product Field" entwickelt und dazu ein Buch veröffentlicht, das 2019 zum SXSW-Bestseller wurde.
