-Consulting: Analyzed and consulted on managing reputational risk for the one of the biggest mining companies in Peru, Minsur conducting market research on environment, social and political factors and gave recommendations    
-Project Research: Conducted in depth analysis through online research, interviews, and surveys regarding reputation

Graduate Teaching Assistant/Consultant

Novus Consulting

Consulting company focusing on business growth, strategy development, and project implementation
-Project Management Support: Planned and coordinated the completion of 3 survey-gathering projects totaling more than 3,000 participants across Kosovo
-Recruitment: Initiated and supported recruitment for 70 project partners, technical experts, and enumerators for a series of projects
-Research reports: Prepared, researched, and authored a research report for a $5M tourism strategy project to increase Kosovo’s tourist influx by 10%
-Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitored the effectiveness of projects and updated the projects’ work plans to optimally use the available resources leading to 100% completion of projects within the predicted time frame and budget
-Data analysis: Conducted data analysis using MS Excel and SPSS to derive conclusions from 6 national surveys 
-Bid preparations: Co-wrote and prepared 6 bid preparations (totaling $2M), 50% of which were won

-Business Development: Optimized time slots for the marketing channels to better reach customers, leading to a 20% increase in revenues for the television channel
-Teamwork: Provided weekly reports to managers used in analyzing individual product sales and made suggestions on which advertisements to continue and on which marketing channels 
-Strategy development: Worked closely with 4 channel managers to develop strategies to better reach the monthly and quarterly targets, which were met 80% of the time

Media Planner/CPO Global Analyst

Rochester Institute of Technology in Kosovo

-Process Improvement: Designed a new schedule to better match students’ free time with tutors, leading to 30% more student visits
-Team lead: Supervised a team of five English and Math tutors in the center to better fulfill the needs of the students and provide coordination in terms of space and schedule
-Performance Increase: Tutored more than 150 students; increased student performance by an average of two letter grades
