A conversation over lunch with a friend running an eCommerce business changed my career trajectory from Finance to Logistics. I ran a third-party logistics company (3PL) in Allentown, PA from 2002-2017 performing all functions from sweeping the floors on up. I developed a deep appreciation for the humans that make logistics happen each day and also realized that 3 things working in unison make a combination of good tech, clear SOPs and strong values make a world of difference. As the Head of Product and Founder of 3LINX Unified Commerce, I've built on this experience to launch a proprietary FDR Platform (Fulfillment, Delivery and Returns) helping brands simplify eCommerce execution and reduce operational chaos. My core competencies include eCommerce platform comparison and selection, technology project management and disaster planning, web development and web 2.0, CRM implementation, order fulfillment and logistics integration, and supply chain management. I also have a strong work ethic and leadership skills, as well as an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University. I am proud to lead a cross-functional team of experts at 3LINX Unified Commerce, a privately held, debt-free, and profitable company that has been rated as a top 3PL in the U.S. by Multichannel Merchant Magazine.
