My temporary 8-week role consisted of working on a couple of projects to enable a better and streamlined improvement on customer’s digital journey when making claims. As one of Aviva’s strategy emphasises on digitizing the journey for customers, I had to contact Aviva’s invaluable suppliers and determine whether they have digital capabilities fit for Aviva’s strategy. Collaboratively, the Innovation Analyst Intern and I determined which suppliers Aviva are ready to work with on new concepts to enable the improvement for the digital journey of customers.
