- Implemented AI Candidate scoring tool reducing processing and admin time by 150 hours a month across the TA function
- Implemented AI-based candidate transcription tools across the TA function, reducing team admin time by 95 hours/week and improving interview consistency across a 15-person team.
- Deployed AI-driven candidate ranking tool to prioritise high-volume CV screening, enabling faster shortlisting for roles with 100-700 applicants, and saving up to 10-12 hours of CV screening per role.
- Hired across 5 markets (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Lithuania & Latvia) for key commercial roles including Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Management and Marketing & Internships owning the end-to-end hiring process
- Partnered with country managers and commercial leads to recalibrate ideal candidate profiles and optimise outreach messaging to improve talent funnel quality.
- Ran structured intake and calibration meetings to re-align interview scorecards and standardise quality-of-hire metrics across regions.

-	Boosted technical interview pass rates from 10% to 100% by redefining the sourcing strategy and changing the interview process by creating scorecards on technical skills

I have joined Luminator Technology Group in a consultant role as Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA & LATAM via sourcing partner HUB Recruiting (a part of ZRG Group).
Luminator Technology Group is a $300m revenue company that provides technology solutions globally to the transport industry (bus, rail, aerospace), currently going through a period of transformation after being affected by the pandemic.
I have been brought in to develop and execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy for 2023/2024 after Blackstone acquired a majority share in Luminator Technology Group. Reporting into the Chief Human Resources Officer, since joining them, I’ve expanded the Global TA team from 1 to 6 and executed the delivery of 70 hires across several business units including Sales, Software Engineering (Software Development), Production Facilities and core business functions.

Achievements:	
- Designed and executed the Talent Acquisition 2023/2024 strategy from scratch. This includes: Policies, Processes, Technology, ATS System, Data Analytics, Reporting, Training & Development, Interview Guides, Hiring Manager, Briefing Documents, Candidate Screening templates, Employer Branding and 3rd Party PSL & Policies.
- Built relationships at C-suite & Board level to understand the business challenges from a TA Perspective
- Designed an end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, KPIs and reporting that has been implemented globally.

Reporting into the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, I’m currently supporting the GTM (Go To Market) EMEA function as a Talent Acquisition Lead on a contract basis during a period of change and transformation (OpenText Acquisition - $6Bn).

Achievements:
- Gained confidence from the Go To Market leadership that previously did not partner with Talent Acquisition due to disengagement of communication and process.
- Cut agency spend completely in my business units by proactively working with hiring managers.

I joined as an embedded Talent Acquisition Lead for the EMEA/APAC/AMER Go To Market (GTM) & Tech function, leading a team of sourcer and supporting junior and senior recruiters.

Achievements:
- Trained 9 new sourcers and 2 talent partners in the team
- Managed the recruitment process +70 specialist hires in 12 months
- Redesigned and simplified recruitment processes to achieve a higher acceptance rate and a better candidate experience
- Regained confidence from two major stakeholders who did not receive the correct level of service previously from talent acquisition.
- Grew the EMEA presales (Sales engineering) team from 8 people to +32

I’m part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team for Level 3 Operations formed by circa 50 recruiters.
At Amazon Logistics operations the EMEA TA team is divided in regions and sub-teams. I’m part of the Southern Europe sub-team, specifically Spain formed by 3 of us. Roles/Areas I recruit for in high volume: EU Central Operations (Data Analysts), EMEA IT Engineers, Spain Health and Safety Coordinators, HR Associates, Operations Supervisors and other job titles.

Achievements:
- Regularly achieved 150%-200% productivity level (measured by offers accepted). Highest month of productivity was 340%
- Due to my experience and personally overachieving targets in my team, I was given a 1 month secondment in another team that needed support (EMEA IT recruiting IT Engineers across multiple levels)
- Delivered trainings for peers across EMEA
- Delivered a key project for EU central operations recruiting +40 hires in 6 weeks when the SLA was 12 weeks.

Responsibilities:
- 360 end to end recruitment cycle from job approval stage to onboarding for launch and legacy sites
- Managing up to 120 roles at once with the support or sourcing teams and coordinators.
- Sifting regularly circa 1000 CVs a week, evaluate video interviews, run phone screens
- High Volume recruitment having an average of 35-40 candidates a week on final stage interview panel
