Leads the Information Technology Practice Group and the Legal Resources Practice Group for Profit Recovery Partners and is a member of the Professional Services Strategic Committee.

Select Experience:
•	Lead a team of consultants and industry specialists focused on telecommunications, connectivity, mobility, data center, computer hardware and software, technology leasing, law libraries, research services, cost recovery, and litigation support.

•	Established PRP's Legal Resources Practice Group which worked with approximately 30 law firms ranging from 150 – 2,000+ attorneys to realign their libraries in a rapidly changing environment.  Have led comprehensive reviews ranging from: total cost of ownership functional assessments, migration to sole/primary provider, consolidation or elimination of redundant content, print assessments and consolidation, functional centralization, workflow optimization and evaluation of cost recovery policy and processes.  Total cost of ownership assessments have, on average, reduced the overall library cost center by upwards of 45% without limiting the effectiveness of the department to service the needs of the attorney population.  Other efforts have typically yielded 25-45+% across the scope that was being reviewed.

•	Created PRP's first real-time Business Intelligence dashboards for deep analytic of Law Libraries and Mobility.

Director, Information Services

Responsible for overall client engagement process of Profit Recovery Partner's law firm clientele managing client relationships, internal teams, and vendor relationships.

Select Experience:
•	Project management of numerous multi-million dollar cost reduction initiatives leading all steps from kickoff through implementation. Initiatives often resulted in 25-45+% in measured hard dollar savings.

•	Work with a Fortune 500 company during a 5-year period of rapid growth with a mandate to first, identify cost savings strategies and other synergies in non-core expenses pre-merger and second, implement strategies, synergies, and coordinate vendor management issues through contract revision post-merger.  

•	Assessment of all administrative functions for an AMLAW 25 firm and coordination of the outsourcing of copy center, litigation support, mail room, hospitality, and other general administrative functions.

Project Manager

Assigned to project teams and responsible for cost analysis, vendor negotiation and program implementation of expense management solutions.  Specific focus on complex and core products which require change management to successfully implement cost reduction.

Select Experience:
•	Negotiations in areas such as: Contingent Labor, Office Products, Shipping, Freight, Courier Services, Office Equipment, Facilities Management, Records Management, Telecommunications, Mobility, Travel, Print Shop, Banking, Computer Hardware/Software, Information Services, and Law Libraries.

•	Redesign of regional title insurance provider’s courier networks in consolidating interoffice mail runs and on-demand from 20-40 in each case to 2-3. Implemented web based tracking and redesigned routes and staffing levels to ensure lowest cost with highest service levels.

•	Consolidation of 100+ temporary staffing providers to 5 primary global providers and 10 regional boutique providers for a $5B global technology provider resulting in millions in hard dollar savings as well as reduction in oversight, enhanced compliance and global standards.

Leading a team of 50 information services professionals Kris’ team works with over 40 clients a year providing advisory, managed services, and software solutions. 

Kris leverages time-tested systems including his DATA Method for expense + vendor management and the "Change Manager's Toolbox." A California native, Kris has lived and worked across three continents. Along with his wife and two children they enjoy running, surfing, soccer (or futbol for the rest of us), and equestrian sports.
