PRINCE 2 Practitioner certified project manager working on a number of transitional IT Infrastructure projects. Primarily responsible for integrating the legacy GE Money UK applications and infrastructure to the Santander data centres whilst causing minimal disruption to internal users and external high profile high street retail clients.

Responsible for managing the application support teams for all web based middleware applications hosted by GE Money UK. 

•Established and maintain relationships with the business and internal IT staff

•Worked closely with the relevant Global Application IT owners on all enhancement and project activities to ensure new relases cause no impact and are correctly handed over to service

•Met with the business users, stakeholders and executives of each application stream to provide update on current activities and share monthly accomplishments 
•Generated regular status reports to all stakeholders 
•Articulated business importance and value of the IT teams and worked as an ambassador for IT Support.
•Ensured recurring incidents and user comments were fedback to solutions teams for further releases.
•Managed third party suppliers team to ensure contractual SLA elements were met on budget and to specification 
•Motivated team to work together in the most efficient manner and foster inter team relationships 
•Worked closely with the senior management teams to ensure team goals remain aligned with IT strategy

Working as part of a small, highly experienced and dedicated team of Incident Managers, responsible for managing the resolution of all urgent and business critical (P1&P2) incidents effecting the bank. Working in high pressure environments and managing multiple teams to ensure incident resolution at the earliest opportunity to minimise business impact. Oncall 24/7 to provide professional, reliable business communication and updates on all outages, with communication at all levels from call centre associate to board level and the ability to translate technical jargon in to easy to understand languages for all levels to understand.
