Accountability includes:
•	Ensure the quality of the service delivered by talent acquisition to the business and the candidate is best in class
•	Act as a thought partner and coach to HR and the business when it comes to all things recruiting and hiring
•	Source, identify and interview appropriate talent
•	Develop and align with the business on the recruitment strategy for each role
•	Incorporate diversity to candidate slates and execute accordingly in order to meet the needs of the business
•	Manage the recruiting process from job posting through the final stages (inclusive of offer recommendation and creation, negotiation, closing, and onboarding)
