With over five years of experience in organizational development, I am passionate about enhancing the performance, engagement, and well-being of LCHD/CHC employees and teams. As the Organizational Development & Recruiting Manager, I oversee and implement initiatives that foster a positive and productive culture, support talent acquisition and retention, and facilitate continuous learning and improvement. Some of my recent accomplishments include leading the rollout of a new Learning Management System (LMS), improving our recruiting and hiring processes, leading an Employee Appreciation Task Force, and coordinating over 2,000 volunteers during the mass vaccination campaign. I have also partnered with a private research facility to design and conduct biannual employee engagement surveys and action plans. Continuously learning from others along the way, I leverage my skills in training development, change management, and process improvement to deliver innovative and effective solutions for our workforce, agency, and community.
