As a serial entrepreneur I took several business initiatives with a clear positive focus on clients and team members. That’s why I was immediately attracted by the ImpactBuilders dream to ensure more and more thriving businesses are a cause of joy for clients, for collaborators, and for all the individuals that are impacted by their activities. Together with my co-founders Steven Storms and Jan Lagast, we are now creating a public-benefit foundation in Switzerland, with an expanding series of regional city chapters all over Europe. The purpose of our foundation is to give capitalism a human face, all over Europe. ImpactBuilders Foundation invests in the research for new business concepts, organises various impact think tanks all over Europe, builds an international network of top contacts, and disseminates a message of hope all across Europe. ImpactBuilders Foundation stimulates many initiatives, that each add to the realisation of the dream. Each initiative is a separate legal entity, with its own team, its own business model, its own website ... and they are all rooted in the same core values, and are supporting the same dream for Europe. One of these initiatives is ImpactBuilders studio, a venture studio in Estonia. This venture studio builds new ventures for corporate venturing departments, for industrial holdings, and for universities. We also revive startups that are almost dead. In the field, I am the leader of several of our new ventures, I motivate our teams to add real value to our clients, and I am one of the key actors in the international business development and fundraising of those inspiring ventures. I am also co-creating the ImpactBuilders business angel network (I3AN), and the ImpactBuilders investment firm that is going to invest in the missing tech and services to ensure the ImpactBuilders dream gets realised in ever more companies Last but definitely not least, I am reaching out to leaders and business experts all over Europe to join our growing international fanbase of ImpactEnthusiasts.
