I’m Kristen! I'm a Human Resources/People Operations professional with a huge heart for candidate and employee experience. My diverse experience in customer service, data analytics, and process improvement makes me a wonderful fit to help organizations make the most of their programs ensuring that both employee needs and organizational goals are met. My personal goal is to one day shift to Organizational Development where I can seek employee feedback and use my analytic skills to evaluate HR programs for effectiveness, efficiency, and benefit to the organization. As I am early in my HR career, I would also be an excellent HR Associate, HR Assistant or HR Administrator. I believe in the development of psychologically safe, diverse, and transparent workplaces. I would be a perfect fit for your People Operations or Human Resources Team particularly in the fields of employee engagement and feedback analysis, culture development, and needs analysis of all kinds! I am in my final year studying for my Master's of Science in HR and Organizational Development at the University of Louisville. (Anticipated Graduation: May 2024). Along with my new knowledge and skills that I'm developing in strategic human resources, talent recruitment, HRIS, and HR data collection and analytics, I am a highly experienced trainer and corporate curriculum developer. I was trained by the best with my career with Disney where I harnessed a deep love for training others to succeed. This was continued at Universal Orlando Resort through developing the training curriculum for the new branch of Corporate Guest Services- Guest Experience and Analytics. I just recently earned my SHRM-CP! My speaking it into the universe worked! I believe in radical kindness, being an active ally to members of the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Disabled, and Neurodivergent and other underrepresented communities. I am active in social justice and see the workplace as a place where my talents can bring positive social change and dismantle the inherent injustices in our corporate systems.
