As the Vice President of Customer Evolution in North America at SAP, I have the distinct pleasure of helping our customers obtain value out of their SAP investments.

This role has allowed me the opportunity to work with many clients and industries.  Understanding more about a customer's business, their priorities and objectives, provides greater insights into how they operate and what is important to them.  It allows me the ability to collaborate, develop, support, define, and execute against strategies that are imperative to making them successful.

🌟 This week's #KudosfromKristen goes to Christopher Vozella - The wizard of composure! 🌟

I’ve had the privilege of working with Voz longer than almost anyone else in my career here at SAP.  Last week we had a catch-up call, and it amazes me no matter how much time may have passed between connecting with an old friend, it feels like time didn't lapse (and we are both looking young still, aren't we buddy?)

Voz has an innate ability to stay positive, calm, and cool under pressure—something that’s especially valuable when things get hectic. I’ll never forget the plethora of moments that he de-escalated challenging situations, keeping everyone around him calm even when the world seemed to be unraveling. Voz always stepped up, jumped into the weeds, came always with a positive spirit, answered questions with lightning speed, and brought a sense of clarity amongst the commotion that helped us all refocus and move forward with confidence.

Those moments weren’t just about getting through tough days —they were reminders of how powerful positivity, composure, and clarity can be. Voz’s example has helped shape how I approach challenges, communicate under stress, and support others.
