Human Resources Administrative Coordinator

Answer the main switchboard for the Murray, KY Briggs and Stratton plant; check the call-ins and log employee absences into the call-in log for all three shifts; assist in the paperwork for new hire potentials; run background checks on applicants; create confidential, personnel, and attendance file folders for new hires; make new badges; monitor employee, contractor, and visitor badges; assist with exceptional attendance; announce medical emergencies to get assistance immediately.

HR Receptionist

Responsible for operating forklift to load and unload trucks; SAP, Word, and Excel experience; enter Goods Receipt on production items and verify quantities received, responsible for customer MP orders: domestic and international; manifest loads; check schedules and order specific production parts from warehouse in absence of  production planner; prepare bill of ladings; enter data online for UPS shipments.
