      •     Responsible for visitor induction, pre-induction screening and ensuring all inductees are compliant with Right to Work (RTW) and competency checks. 
      •     Ensured smooth running of the induction process, achieving 100% compliance with Right to Work checks using PpAC system.
      •     Conducted site perimeter audits and inspections, ensuring integrity and security of the site hoarding, gates and turnstiles.
      •     Reviewed security and logistics RAMS ensuring current and fit for purpose.
      •     Designed and implemented key management system for the locker room saving the client over £1500.
