I converted our product strategy into clear objectives, ensuring that we were continuously delivering innovative and user-focused solutions to our customers. I lead our product teams, always focusing on increasing the customer value we provide while improving how we delivered it. 

I worked closely with sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that our solutions met the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations. With a focus on user experience and SaaS product delivery, my goal was to help drive AskCody's success as a leading provider of workplace management software.

My role at Acadal was to plan and execute our product roadmap by building and supporting a team of highly skilled engineers. 

I aimed to ensure that we build exactly and only what our users needed, at the right quality, at the lowest necessary cost, reducing waste whenever possible.

Our tech stack was a (Docker) containerized Angular 6 frontend, and a C# web api backend, all running on Azure. 

Our method was Agile. We managed work through Jira. We integrated and deployed continuously through Bitbucket pipelines, Docker hub and Azure Web Apps for containers.

I have a strong background in software development, engineering management, IT projects, system architecture and design, and customer relations, as well as having extensive experience with all things Azure.
