Guild is a nonprofit, community-based health provider focusing on mental health and supportive services to address social determinants of health.  In this role, I led a small team to plan, implement and measure integrated brand marketing communication strategy for all stakeholder audiences  through digital media, PR, print collateral, events, storytelling, community outreach,  event sponsorship and advertising. Serving on the senior leadership team I contributed to organization strategy, operations, and business development while leading marketing strategy for the launch of several service lines.  The scope of this role also included internal communication initiatives such as change management, ramping up and discontinuing service lines and  our staff wellness initiatives. In this role I was also the marketing communications lead for Minnesota Community Health Network, an alliance of five behavioral health organizations working together to innovate care models, provide care coordination and an array of community-based behavioral health services to individuals who have serious mental illnesses.
