Senior Project Manager

Project Manager in Project Team in Commercial Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure

My team is mandated to optimize and improve the way recurring non-legal processes are handled with a simple end-goal: to give the client a better product faster and smarter. 

On a daily basis, this includes: 
- Optimising non-legal processes by automation (RPA) and digitalization
- Participation in internal digital innovation processes	
- Project planning and project management of multiple internal projects and transactions 
- Collection, organisation and structuring of large amounts of complex data to prepare for legal due diligence processes, including construction and management of virtual data rooms (VDRs) on multiple platforms
- Market research of VDR platforms available in the market
- User development of various VDR platforms
- Market research of new technologies within the areas of LegalTech, PropTech and AI/machine learning
- Recurrent reporting to and aligning with multiple stakeholders from various departments re. projects
- Management responsibilities on transactions; responsible for a mixed team of students and supporters from different departments, including onboarding and training of new team members

Project Manager

DIS – Danish Institute for Study Abroad

Tasks include: 
- Creating teaching and exam schedules for faculty and students in two countries
- Implementing new IT systems and assist co-workers with using them
- Creating and managing budgets for the department and projects 
- Optimizing work processes
- Updating the department webpage (Wordpress)
- Assisting with hiring of new faculty (writing job descriptions, read applications, attend teaching auditions)
- Preparing new faculty for teaching
- Assisting faculty with teaching preparations

Project management:
- "DIScover Copenhagen" -  a scavenger hunt for American students studying abroad in Copenhagen using the app CityMapper, which teaches the students to navigate the city of Copenhagen. I managed the project budget, hired helpers, administered work and managed the distribution of materials to students. The scavenger hunt took place 5 times a year. 

- Database with teaching materials for faculty - I created an online database with teaching materials, quizzes and user guidelines for the faculty in the department. 

- Co-managed the biannual creation of new teaching materials (DIS Dansk and DIS Svenska) with faculty, including 
- layouting and general graphic design using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- managing contact with the printing  company
- planning distribution to faculty and students
- planning and coordinating the creation of podcasts linked to the teaching materials, including editing and upload

- "Dansk sprogcafé" - planned and managed weekly language help sessions for students studying Danish and Swedish in Copenhagen.

In charge of the library's Contemporary History and Economic History, 
Tasks included: 
Categorisation of new books according to existing systems
Guiding researchers and experienced users of the library as well as guest lecturers
Arranging guided tours of the library to introduce new students to the concept of research libraries
Archival research in the Danish State Archives 
Assisting with correcting and editing academic papers to meet the required standards of major peer-reviewed journals

Akademisk Rejsebureau (Academic Travel) is a travel agency that aims to broaden the travel experience for the customers by having experts act as tour leaders.

Tasks included: 
- Project management of tours: from research to budget over drafting itineraries to creating a marketing plan, contacting partners in the destination countries and creating adds for newspapers  (Berlingske Tidende, Politiken, Information)
- Writing texts 
- Translating (English-Danish/reverse)
