Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hospitality management company. It manages a portfolio of hotels across the United States, and provide investor opportunities, hotel development services, hotel management services.
Currently, its hotel portfolio is comprised of 10,000+ guest rooms across multiple select-service, extended stay, mid-scale, and full-service hotel brands located in primary and secondary markets. Stonebridge Companies holds franchise licenses with Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Hyatt and InterContinental Hotel Group.
  
- Manage strategy, optimization, budget and forecast goals for three US markets. 
- Prepare reports to reflect weekly data trends to STLY, budget and forecast. 
- Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to present to ownership and management groups. 
- Optimize existing pricing strategy
- Influence systems to establish effective yielding. 
- Acted as a financial adviser resource for our hotel teams. Day-to-day efforts include generating additional revenue and managing  demand changes as well as creating and pitching customized strategic solutions aimed at maximizing net revenue for our ownership groups.
