I've always been in the HR and HR tech space. I cut my teeth with a successful career in talent acquisition and recruiting, both in corporate and agency environments. During that time in my career, I spent a lot of effort building content on LinkedIn and publishing recruiting specific content via a variety of industry publications. ^ All of this experience and effort ultimately helped me make a transition to content marketing for an enterprise-focused HR tech company, Phenom. I was fortunate enough to come into Phenom as the first dedicated content marketer, and over the course of almost 3 years, I built out a multi-channel, impactful content strategy and team. When I left Phenom, I had a unique opportunity to join an earlier stage startup, Resource, as the first marketing leader, ultimately leading to an acquisition by Gem. This led me to join another startup in the same HR tech space (email marketing platform built for recruiters), Interseller, to lead marketing again in addition to expanding to owning the outbound SDR team. Fast forward to today, Interseller was acquired by Greenhouse in 2021 which afforded me the opportunity of joining a larger, high-growth organization as part of a 60-person marketing team. I currently lead a small team of marketers focused on SDR enablement, all segments but focused primarily on companies with 500+ employees (mid-market and enterprise), ABM, email and lifecycle marketing, and more. I get super excited to test and experiment with new tech, channels, and drive forward innovative strategies for driving opps and pipeline for our revenue teams.
