In my role as the Content Team Lead, I work closely with Strategists as both manager and coach to help them expand their capabilities as people and professionals. As a Senior Strategist, I work closely with clients to create compelling content that equips their teams to achieve their business goals. Additionally, I support internal teams with copy editing and brainstorming creative content ideas.

Kristin’s coaching style focuses on guiding her clients to an actionable solution, allowing them to feel more confident and engaged in taking their next step to achieve their definition of success. This starts with a better understanding of you. She also manages the marketing and content creation for the company.

Kristin formerly served as the COO, where she was responsible for driving the operational strategy of The Forte Factor through the creation of actionable goals to drive strategic business performance and growth.

Created the Strategic Communications Specialist position to assist in managing internal communications. Worked closely with VP of IR to assist with various press releases and media requests around quarterly earnings announcements. 

Majority of the role included creating and managing internal communications efforts:
- Established and managed the internal company newsletter (managed inbound story ideas, wrote content and managed printing and distribution) 
- Established and managed the Employee Anniversary Recognition program (created, launched, managed and distributed awards) 
- Established and managed the Deficiency Free Awards for eligible clinics (created, launched, managed and distributed)
- Hired web team to assist in the revamp of the company website; maintained site content when new site was live 
- Created patient stories database; interviewed and built relationships with various patients in various clinics
- Managed photoshoots at various clinics and at headquarters 
- Assisted with various clinic-specific activities

Strategic Communications Specialist

Served as an Account Representative for patients in the DC and Maryland area. Worked directly with insurance companies on behalf of patients to ensure claims were processed and paid correctly.

As the President of the Publicity Club of New England, I worked with my Board of Directors to create and host educational events that assist communications professionals throughout the region expand their knowledge in various areas. All activity culminates in the final event of the season: the annual Bell Ringer Award Ceremony in June.

Working closely with the Pub Club's President, I offer guidance and assistance for all aspects of the Club's efforts throughout the year.

Managed the PR agency and ran all social media activities, including establishing new baseline activity for three primary channels: Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. Also relaunched and managed the blog, encouraging new bloggers to find their voice and share their thoughts through their own social channels. Created a cross-departmental cooperation to define and execute more thorough PR and social plans to support all marketing activities and better support the overarching strategy of the organization.

Served as Account Manager to small / start-up tech companies. Worked closely with client team to create strategic direction for client based on the company's primary goals. Led multiple brainstorm operations that resulted in the creation of successful projects and events.

As AAE, I served as support for my teams by researching and compiling/analyzing data to present to clients (i.e. metrics reports). In this role, I was primarily responsible for pitching a variety of local and trade media outlets, as well as establishing relationships with analysts. I also provided analysis of industry news trends for teams each morning.

Assisted in usability tests for clients. Majority of the tests focused on the ease-of-use for various websites. I recorded the tests, took notes, and analyzed the data for presentation to clients.
