Included in the role is also team management, advisory within Business support projects process and project management processes, such as planning, estimating, risk etc. There is also a responsibility to identify and implement continuous improvements, in addition to working with Leading adviser project management and management team with larger improvement initiatives, one example being modelling the Business Support Project Process in ARIS and implement the usage of the process.

Risk management specialist and team lead, a task which involves training project managers within the process of risk management and PIMS Risk IT tool, advisory to both project leaders and management team, facilitating risk management workshops, responsibility and continuous development of the course “Risk management in BS projects”, training new course leaders and facilitators, and QA of risk management in projects.

I am currently the CEO and Product Manager at Thrust AS, a startup that develops digital solutions for sustainability, and the Changemaker and Founder at EKKO Consulting AS, a consultancy that helps organizations and teams to drive change, become more agile, customer-centric, and innovative.

I am a skilled facilitator and driver of change, in addition to being an experienced trainer and speaker. I have worked with many different frameworks such as LEAN, Agile, Design thinking, and Radical innovation, and have applied them to various sectors such as oil & gas, banking, and agriculture. I hold a Master's degree in Change Management from the University of Stavanger, and have completed courses on Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge and Risk Management at the University of Stavanger. My passion is to create positive impact and value for customers, society, and the environment through sustainable change.
