Offered relocation from Redmond to Munich, Germany to be HR Team Lead for Ciao!, an acquisition of an online comparison shopping platform localized for seven Western European markets. Owned all aspects of people agenda planning and implementation, as well as Ciao to MS process mapping and integration; managed local & virtual HR team; oversaw acquisition to divestiture life cycle, and managed transfer of talent to both new purchaser and internally to MS GmbH; collaborated intensively with local Works Council/Betriebsrat on organizational and talent topics.

HR line BP roles supporting Virtual Earth business & engineering teams (400 employees) that eventually consolidated with MSN Engineering (750+ employees) across Redmond, Boulder (CO), London (UK), Graz (Austria). Owned HR agenda development with business, and led program implementation for talent, rewards, performance management; drove integration for 3 key acquisitions; collaborated on talent programming; leadership coaching and workforce planning.

Drove integration on two key acquisitions in Retail, as well as change projects across EMEA and Japan subsidiaries.
