Owned all aspects of people agenda planning and implementation, as well as Ciao to MS process mapping and integration; managed local & virtual HR team; oversaw acquisition to divestiture life cycle, and managed transfer of talent to both new purchaser and internally to MS GmbH; collaborated intensively with local Works Council/Betriebsrat on organizational and talent topics.
