As a Software Product Manager for Retail Suite, I focus on improving our software's compatibility with company hardware, aiming to enhance user experiences for key clients like Coop, Axfood, ICA, Rema100 etc.  With a particular focus on Scales and CashGuard, I lead initiatives to refine functionalities, meeting specific client needs and collaborating closely with hardware teams to align software and hardware functionalities.

In a parallel effort, I collaborated with Lithuania's top Agile Coach, my direct manager, streamlining processes and fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency. This Agile transformation has significantly improved our approach to product delivery.

Recognising code challenges, I provided strategic insights, playing a key role in management's decision to perform a deep investigation for potential changes, aiming for product excellence.
