Marketing strategy: Brought in to wake up marketing DB, increase customer engagement & drive
pipeline. Rearchitected the demand generation, digital marketing(web and paid), and content strategy
functions focusing on three distinct target markets: SMB, Enterprise, & Developers.

In-person events: Directed multi-city event tour (Seattle, Chicago, NY) with a goal to strengthen
customer relationships, win back ex-customers, and drive new revenues. Re-engaged with 5 ex-
customers, generated $2.5M in influenced pipeline, $1M influenced won revenue.

Webcast series: Created new 2-tier webinar series driving $500K in pipeline quarterly ($90K sourced;
$410K influenced). Responsible for speaker recruitment, run of show, script, and promotion.

Content Strategy: Led the content strategy for webinars, ebooks, infographics, blog posts, and more.

Website strategy: Overhauled website inbound process &increased quarterly pipeline from $200K to
$1.5M while improving SEO rankings 136%.

Account-based Marketing: Partnered with platform sales for ABM program incl: new nurture, video, webinar, direct mail, digital ads, emails, etc.
