I run Virtual COO and my passion is to help small businesses grow by outsourcing their operations and strategic planning.

We run everything from the job posting to the placement and find you great help, fast. We offer placements for your Virtual COO, Director of Operations, Project Manager and Event Professionals. 

I've always loved operations, but I also see it a little differently than most.  I do believe in processes and systems, but you know what I believe in even more? 

Partnering with CEOs and founders to help their businesses grow.

Now, for some backstory: 

In 2021 I left my senior leadership role with a large company without a job lined up. I spent many years in operations leadership for a 60 person team and ran a successful event P&L for 4 years, growing from $8M to $16M in top line revenue during my time there.

When I left my job, my husband and I sold our home. I started Virtual COO and we now live on the road full time with our kiddo. 

I talk about travel, pursuing the life you want, operations, events, starting a business, making big leaps of faith, fitness and other random things!

I turn 40 this year.

Historically, my default is to be sad about birthdays and dread big milestones.

But I'm starting the year with an intention to change that. Aging is a blessing and I want to honor this milestone. 

So while my birthday isn't until July, I'm spending intentional time processing some questions:

· What do I want this 40th year to be like?
· What do I want for my next decade?
· What are the ways I want to show up as more of myself this decade?
· How do I want to celebrate this milestone?

Spoiler: I want to celebrate with what I'm calling '4 Trips for 40'. With my love for travel, it only feels right to plan lots of trips to honor this.
