I've always loved operations, but I also see it a little differently than most. I do believe in processes and systems, but you know what I believe in even more? Now, for some backstory: In 2021 I left my senior leadership role with a large company without a job lined up. I spent many years in operations leadership for a 60 person team and ran a successful event P&L for 4 years, growing from $8M to $16M in top line revenue during my time there. When I left my job, my husband and I sold our home. I started Virtual COO and we now live on the road full time with our kiddo. I talk about travel, pursuing the life you want, operations, events, starting a business, making big leaps of faith, fitness and other random things!
