We had to be out of the country in four days. After 7 years of humanitarian work in Athens, Greece, my life changed forever when my father-in-law passed away and we had to move back to California to take care of his estate. It was the biggest transition my family has ever faced, and the grief we felt over losing someone so important combined with the loss of our everyday lives was intense. I had to encourage myself each morning, borrowing belief from the women who taught me about marketing and copywriting, which taught me how to let my clients borrow my belief in them as they attempted to take brave action during our work together.
