I’m here to help you get clear on your desires and empower you to show up for yourself as you build your most fulfilling + authentic career and lifestyle. From targeting your resume to finding and landing an aligned role, designing a fulfilling lifestyle, or moving across the globe, I am here to support you in making *moves* towards the life you truly want to live. I’ve been fortunate to gain a diverse range of HR experience in the Silicon Valley tech space working in early to late-stage start-ups. After working as a Recruiter, I transitioned to a Project Management focus, where I implemented projects to improve the hiring process, candidate experience and the overall happiness of internal employees. My love for people and supporting their happiness and fulfillment in the workplace made it an excellent fit. I have a deep passion for traveling to immerse and explore new cultures. Seven years ago, I went on a life-changing solo backpacking trip through Central America, which inspired my move to Buenos Aires a year later. I moved abroad to gain Spanish fluency, grow and expand my mindset while immersing in new cultures. While working towards my coaching certification, I supported local candidates with career coaching and job search support. During my time in the city, I also created a fully remote career and lifestyle. My career transitions, recruiting/HR background, remote work experience, life experiences traveling and living abroad, and coaching journey have fueled my passion for helping others find more fulfillment in their career and lifestyle. It's truly been a journey that has guided me to my passion for this work.
