- Source and Recruit CNOs, CMOs, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, VP level candidates, and more. 
- Manage vendor relationships 
- Train other team members within and outside of core team 
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Job Boards, Taleo, and GPT 4 to systematize recruitment flow
- Oversee recruitment strategy for executive search across 15 hospitals across the Western part of the United States
- Conduct deep compensation analyst for all executive hires
- Review team budget with other executive recruiters to evaluate future spend
