After working for 5+ years in corporates such as KPMG , I decided to switch careers and became a pastry chef. I completed my diploma in patisserie from Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, Gurgaon. Baking always intrigued me and it was my sweet escape whenever stress got to me, even while I was working in the corporate sector. Technically, I have been honing this skill since more than 10 years however, it was only in 2018 that I decided to take the plunge and started 'Amceebakes' . I have successfully carried out a few exhibitions where I displayed innovative and flavourful products. I strive to work on creating new , interesting recipes , experiment with healthier alternate flours and bring different flavour combinations to the table. I am extremely passionate about it and presently, also creating educational and entertaining content revolving around patisserie.
