My name is Kriti Verma.👋 I am a User Experience Designer and User Interface Designer from India. I have a background as a Graphics Designer. So, therefore I have some skills that can easily span both, User Experience and User Interface Design. I am looking forward to working for a product-based company. My Design Process steps: 1 To understand the problem from the customer's point of view. 2 Do research on it. 3 To work on results based on the research 4 To validate it by User Testing it. 5 Show the work to the customer and discuss it with the customer. As a designer, I focus on understanding customers' motivation and problems and how to solve it before designing interfaces and pushing pixels. I listen to the people I design solutions for — thru user interviews, usability tests and quantitative data. I then synthesise their feedback, look for patterns, define the problem, design solutions and test it. Rinse and repeat. Get in touch Have a project in mind?
