Currently, I am a Senior Executive for the Events & Leadership Councils of Frost & Sullivan. The Growth Innovation Leadership Council flexes its name to the core - creating a safe space for innovative minds and cross-industry community. While the Customer Engagement Leadership Council follows suit, but dives into customer contact, operations, and employee experiences.
