Hello! I'm Krystal, a senior at UC Davis double majoring in English and Psychology. I'll be graduating this December in 2023. I'm passionate about driving people-first initiatives with cross-functional teams from inception through project completion to benefit and improve customers, employees, and communities. _________________________________________________________________________________________ As a Project Manager for BobaTalks, a non-profit focused on early career development, I managed two cross-functional teams of designers, researchers, and developers to create web-based student resources. I've also worked as a Project Coordinator for UC Davis Health, managing a research study with 100+ participants. These roles have allowed me to hone my skills in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration, which I’d love to further through an entry level project management role.
