After losing 125 pounds, I felt that I needed to share the joy of personal accomplishment with others.   My hope is to help all of my clients create a better relationship with themselves — to feel great again.  There are so many fad diets offering a quick-fix. In reality, slow and steady wins the race.  I believe our favorite foods and exercises can help us reach our goals. I cannot wait to help people grow and evolve through their fitness and nutrition journey.
