In my current role, I am responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, recruiting and developing and implementing strategies to grow and retain our client base. I also work as a Professional Image Specialist, offering relationship coaching and mentoring based on the hauora model, an ancient Māori philosophy of well-being that encompasses four dimensions: physical, mental and emotional, social, and spiritual. I use my skills in counselling, communication, and problem-solving to help clients overcome challenges, improve their self-esteem, and achieve their desired outcomes.
