As CEO and CTO at Contec, I’m responsible for advancing our pyrolysis technology, as well as building the Contec brand, driving collaboration and innovation to improve the reach and usability of recovered Carbon Black products. I have expertise in Chemical & Process Engineering and a background in R&D from my time at Warsaw University of Technology and Grupa Azoty. My focus is to grow Contec on all levels - R&D and engineering of the technology as well as the product quality control and organisational side. As an innovative and open-minded person, I enjoy collaborating with others in my industry to solve some of the biggest challenges in the sector, and sharing my sustainability expertise in podcasts and events such as Impact Zero and the Recovered Carbon Black Conference. I believe that carbon-neutral, circular solutions will transform the manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and innovation will be important to advancing this vision, and Contec is an important enabler in making that happen too.
