Kseniya holds Master Degree in Management of International Economic Activities (2005) and an MBA degree from Rotterdam School of Management (Full-time, 2014). She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC from the Co-Active Training Institute CTI), Certified Organisational and Relationship System Coach (ORSCC from CRR Global), and an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally she is certified as a Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) and ICAgile Coach (ICP). She is also a Graduate of the CTI Leadership Program. Kseniya is guiding her clients to reach high performance at their work and create the right relationships in their professional and personal lives. Before launching her own company Kseniya-Coaching, she had more than 10 years’ of international corporate and management experience in Retail, Sales, Marketing and Account Management. Today Kseniya is coaching business teams, partnerships and even couples in a skilful manner that allows those systems to create the ground conditions for change, find their own answers and create their right relationships. As a Leadership and Team Coach she worked with such companies as Booking.com, Uber, Lyft, Danone, Atlassian, GroupM, Hubspot, Shopify, Sony Interactive entertainment, Stripe, Twitter, etc, and has facilitated workshops for companies such as Workiva, Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Eindhoven University of Technology (TUE), Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), University of Twente (UT). Her experience as ORSC Front-of-the-Room leader (CRR Global) allowed her to work with the very diverse cultures and people across Europe and globally. Since the full scale russian invasion in Ukraine, Kseniya is currently working with the Ukrainian leaders and teams who are based in Ukraine or working outside Ukraine remotely during these difficult times, and helps them to navigate such challenges as Driving Business in Difficult times, Building Resilience, Creating and Implementing Psychological Safety, etc. Clients work with Kseniya because they want to be able to show up as the Authentic Leaders, and master the skills in order to be able to create from their situations in more skilful and conscious way rather than just react to them, in both professional or personal lives.
