I'm a full time human. I'm also a mother to a 6-year-old ninja wannabe and a 7-year-old French bulldog couch potato, and wife to a prodigy fly fisherman who builds and runs innovative medical practices. I'm a residency-trained, board-certified pharmacist with a molecular biology/immunology undergrad degree. I have a knack for presentation and visual content design, with a strong background in clinical/medical education, science, writing, consulting, pharmacy benefits management and business development. --- Currently: 📊 As a freelancer I use my PharmD + slide design talent to craft compelling slide decks and other visual content for healthcare and pharma people. In my free time, I occasionally peer-review manuscripts for a pharmacotherapy journal and serve on the Board of Directors for the Psychedelic Pharmacist Association. I am also co-producing a pharmacy documentary called HARMACY. (See my volunteer section for more details) --- The past 10 years: My work has centered around medical/drug education & content development, consulting, pharmacy benefits management and business development. I have delivered nationally-distinguished, lead-generating presentations. I have designed accredited CE content and built a clinical training program. As a clinical consultant for a Fortune 5 company, I have managed pharmacy benefits for dozens of accounts including several within the Fortune 500. I've directed a clinical pharmacist team of 10 to achieve an industry-leading provider acceptance rate of recommended drug therapy interventions. I've lead staffing strategies through volatile operations to cut over $300,000 in labor costs in one year while creating 2 new lines of revenue. I cofounded a nonprofit that integrates pharmacy & psychedelics, started a psych & pain drug consulting practice, and have developed curriculum for, and instructed, doctorate-level courses. My work has earned awards including Medika Life's 2022 Top 30 Women Transforming Healthcare, and the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy's 2022 Horizon Alumni Award.
