Piloted PoC for Platform + Vision AI Product – Leading 2 product teams / 30+ individual contributors,
built in 4 months. Facilitated a culture of partnership, learning, and getting-the-job-done across people
from 3 big enterprises across the US, Netherlands, and India.
-10-25% improvement in customer metric over duration of PoC pilot that uses data science on
existing customer systems to generate recommendations for end users.
-Proved early Vision AI feasibility for labor efficiency innovation . Managed the technical and
business feasibility study on creating a novel data set using edge devices plus fine tuned computer
vision models.

Launched Frontline Copilot AI Product - Leading team of 6 engineers, built in 2 months. Launched an
enterprise platform that allowed AI copilots to be easily deployed for field operations, customer
support, marketing, and sales use cases.
-Organized a 10 dev-team, 150+ attendee GenAI Hackathon involving business idea stakeholders
across different domains and engineers – all implemented within 5 weeks of ideation. Recognized
by senior leadership for its successful implementation and potential for the business.

Expanded Auditing Platform + Mobile Product - Leading team of 4 engineers, 1 designer. Created new
modules for a relaunched product that grew the company’s product portfolio
-Drove 7x increase in hotel client sites with a relaunched auditing product by creating a stronger
commercial focus, identified 3 possible GTM strategies. Growth from 75 to 525 sites in 3 quarters.

Built PoC for Training Campaign Product - Leading team of 4 engineers, 1 designer. 3 sprints to quickly
validate a new product proposition, launched early to test the key components through prototypes plus
rapid iterations based on feedback.
-Awarded "Digital Lobster of the Quarter” in first year of work for exemplary execution of initiatives.

Worked shoulder to shoulder with the CEO and the CTO of this hardware-software MedTech scaleup.
Took ownership of our company-wide growth strategy. Focused on sharpening the value proposition.
-Relaunched corporate website under EUR 1000 budget built using Zoho Sites, new photo/image assets,
and copy writing provided by myself.
-Supported CEO with business plans and pitch decks for fundraising, but challenging during COVID.
-Created 6-week pilot with 3 IVF clinics as reference customers for the launch of a new product that
included automated feedback loops to take insights to the CEO/CTO.

As Deep Nishar (Vice President of Product at LinkedIn) puts it, “A great product manager has the brain of an engineer, the heart of a designer, and the speech of a diplomat.” I think that sounded like my day to day as CPO for RenalTracker.

Revamped RenalTracker-Delay product within 6 months, a self-management program for patients
living with Chronic Kidney Disease. MVP involved using an existing Learning Management Solution
builder program to focus testing program content. Development focused on creating health metrics and
renal nutrition tools.
Built a remote product and development core team of 5, creating discover + delivery processes.
Worked closely with external UX researchers, health tech assessment consultants, nephrology care
teams, patient partners, and executive stakeholders.

Led the UX strategy & product management for developing an adaptation of RenalTracker MVP in the Netherlands. 

Project manager for the startup’s participation in the Innovation Accelerator Program of a multinational medical device company.

Leads VMV Hypoallergenics' global markets and marketing divisions, traveling extensively as brand representative and trainer, and overseeing the relationships with VMV's distributors across the world, including Canada, Sweden, Germany, UK, Mexico, Costa Rica, Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan. Actively involved in brand origination, also a top contributor to and resource expert for VMV Hypoallergenics' product development, lifestyle articles, beauty trends, and research. Served as a member of the Institutional Review Board of the VMV Skin Research Centre + Clinics to help ensure the ethical standards of all clinical studies of the company.

Launched Costa Rica and Taiwan markets in 2016-2017 which in sales to date for 2017 represent 29% contribution. Costa Rica’s distribution exclusively through dermatologists/clinics and distributor-owned ecommerce/retail locations. Taiwan distribution focused on front bar and incorporation into existing back bar services. 

Diversified Mexico’s market portfolio from sole category (Sun + Light) to include Skintelligent Beauty category, which represented 21% of 2013-2014 country sales; further leveraging on this growth to introduce additional makeup SKUs and customize limited-edition holiday sets

Expanded distribution channel of VMV Hypoallergenics in Singapore to include wholesalers both retail (Gardens By The Bay, Royal Sporting House) and online (Luxola.com, the largest online beauty store in Southeast Asia; which eventually was acquired by Sephora Digital) in Q2 2013.

Represented the Philippines as delegate to the ASEAN-Korea Centre Technical Workshop and gave a talk on the marketing trends/opportunities in an “Overview of the Philippines Cosmetics Market.”
