Kuba & Friends is a full service creative, design and advertising agency (yes we really can specialise in all these disciplines). We create new brands and help existing brands grow. We love to have fun and create brands that people love. We are proud of our awards (and they really help our egos - especially those yellow pencils) but we are way prouder of how effective our work is.

Founded eve Sleep and created the brand. IPO’d the company in 2017. This is when my ego was quite inflated. I'm much nicer now.

At this point I became very good at mischief but also quite good at making ads...together with some wonderful colleagues and friends we created the original 2012 Superhumans campaign and a bunch of other brilliant ads. In 2012 and 2013 we won a lot of creative awards, so many in fact we started selling them on eBay and outside the Channel 4 building (apart from the black pencil one - that one is very much still part of my zoom curated background).

Kuba is the Founder of Kuba & Friends - a new Agency bringing together the best brand thinkers and doers.

He is also a commercial photographer - shooting advertising, fashion and editorial.

Kuba is also one of the Founders of eve Sleep Plc and creator of the eve Sleep brand. Previously he had a long career in the advertising industry and was a Business Director at Channel 4, running the multi award winning Superhumans Paralympics campaign and helping run the in-house agency - 4 Creative.
