Part of an 11-member team, including 2 designers, leading a potential upcoming Crypto product within Fidelity Labs, the in-house fintech incubator. The following responsibilities are encompassed:

- Co-lead the UX, visual design, and research aspects of an upcoming Crypto (Web 3.0) app (B2B and B2C).
- Actively research and stay updated about CeFi, DeFi, and NFT to generate new ideas.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with executives & subject matter experts to develop & present concepts.
- Perform user & market research in collaboration with the Consumer Knowledge and Strategic Insights team (the analytical arm of Fidelity).
- Apply quantitative & qualitative research methods for concept and product evaluation, such as competitive analysis, user interviews, A/B & resonance testing using UserTesting.com.
- Conducted focus group interviews with over 100 internal company participants over a 4-week period during the pilot launch of the application. Designed questions, informational materials to gather user feedback on the app's functionality and resonance to inform further development and rollout.
- Synthesize research (Mural) and translate findings into actionable and user-centered design initiatives like user journeys, information architecture, and wireframes by collaborating with the product manager and other designers.
- Create high and low-fidelity responsive - mobile and web prototypes for development and testing using Figma.
- Collaborate with Fidelity Creative Agency to design and develop long-term global brand strategies, logos, mood boards, and visual design concepts using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Build brand language, component library, and design system that supports the core vision of the product using Figma.
- Guide design development and perform quality assurance (Q/A) in collaboration with the business stakeholders and front-end and back-end engineers.
- Help build the product team to develop the concept into a full-fledged product.

Senior User Experience Designer

Design & improve numerous institutional products and workstations for the Fidelity Brokerage Technology (FBT) group. Used by collateral, market, credit and operational risk teams to monitor risk exposure for their respective areas, it allows them to take corrective action when warranted. In addition to this it provides senior management an ability to monitor risk for these key areas across the enterprise in real time. Work cross functionally with business analysts, developers and product managers in an Agile Environment.

• Conduct design audits of legacy products to identify potential areas of improvement.
• Work closely with the scrum master to plan the design roadmap for sprints.
• Develop high and low fidelity prototypes to better plan and test design updates.
• Guide design implementation in close collaboration with the product manager and engineering team.
• Improvise and update the existing design systems in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Provide design guidance to various teams by conducting design workshops to drive concept refinement for new business products.

Exhibited my conceptual photography series titled "Confusion. " 

"What makes an art piece an art piece? Is it the recognition, the price tag, or the name of an artist that makes the creation an art piece? In contemporary art, artists or creators have gone far to make something unique, first of its kind, and of course, art.
 
Inspired by this, I have created a photo series where the printed and conceptualized price tags are put in front of the day-to-day life scenarios that can become art pieces in today's world. The price tags are generated randomly; no such artist exists. I aim to question the boundaries of art and put the viewer in a dilemma if my photo series is an art series."

Worked with audio and synthesizer designer Wolfgang Spahn and learned about building and developing mini synthesizer from scratch using essential components such as Oscillator (VCO), filter (VCF), amplifier (VCA), LFO, envelope, effects, and utility modules.

Musée du Louvre

As part of a redesign team for the 'Un cabinet d'amateur' (Clock Room) in Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris, we were asked to come up with design solutions that could turn the space more collaborative and inviting. Initial prototypes were developed using sound designing, creative coding, interaction designing, and projection mapping technologies. In the end, we prototyped, tested, and finalized a projection mapping installation, where the work of invited artists is projected in the room, creating site-specific generative art/coding/new media pieces. The contemporary interventions also aided in creating an exciting contrast with the older details displayed in the room, ultimately attracting a wider range of visitors.

Worked as a sole mixing engineer in a team of music composers for the Red Series from Ralph Lauren. The series consisted of three short films and three trailers of the same. The work was done remotely using audio engineering tools from Izotope, Ableton, and FL Studio.

Conceptualized, directed and performed a six hour long endurance performance art, “Disabled“. 

"The phone, seems to have enslaved us, is a much-heard idea. But why is something so ‘detrimental’, so common? Through this six hour-long performance, I wanted to use my body as a subject of suffocation, inspired by endurance art. The individual immersed in technology, insulated from the immediate, dwells in another world. This individual is sometimes even insulated from his own self and potential. Even though the means of liberation, lie close by, they change nothing. The silent, but ever-present effects of immersion into technology, were dealt with in this performance."

Successfully led the overhaul and migration of a risk management product suite utilized by risk managers for enhanced surveillance.

For the past 3 years, I have been co-leading the UX, visual design, and research aspects of an upcoming Crypto (Web 3.0) product. Proficient in designing for diverse platforms, including web and mobile, and with a strong focus on emerging technologies in finance, blockchain, and AI.

Outside of work, I indulge in various creative pursuits such as logo design, presentation design, animation, and music composition. I'm also passionately engaged in exploring new AI generative tools that continually emerge in the industry.
