I'm a strategic hands-on/off end-to-end Designer with experience across the entire design spectrum. This means I can dive vertically into UX problems and zoom out to deliver Service Design with contextual embedded Research for product lifecycle solutions and strategies. I'm confident and skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all organisational levels and adept at tailoring communications to suit diverse stakeholder knowledge bases. I’m passionate about using design to solve problems in collaboration with teams and support stakeholders with decision-making so that services add value for customers and organisations. I have 18+ years of experience in the field of Experience Design, from the early days of being an Information Architect, creating functional specifications… to responsive design and the constraints of mobile devices, to now evolving to Service Design… with many products in between for clients such as Genomics England, Yahoo!, Lloyds Banking Group, BP, Travelex, NHS Blood and Transplant, NHSX, Vodafone, Marks and Spencer, RBS, Vanguard Asset Management, and British Telecom.
