There are days when nothing happens.
And then there are days where you live a decade.

The last few days were the latter.

We bloody made history.

A Guinness World Record - something a younger Kunal wouldn’t even dare to dream of. Life has a funny way of surprising you when you least expect it.

We executed one of the toughest projects of our lives. The kind where the scale is so massive, and the variables so unpredictable, that words fall short.

10,000 bikes.
20,000 people.
A remote town.
No common language.

And yet, it happened.

What makes this truly special is the team.
I genuinely believe we’ve built the best team EM has ever seen a team that can execute with a smile even when bodies are broken, after 5 days of almost no sleep, surviving on ORS, tablets, and sheer willpower.

They didn’t complain.
They didn’t slow down.
They delivered.

And to top it all off, receiving the award from one of the most respected and celebrated leaders in Indian governance N. Chandrababu Naidu, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh was a moment I’ll carry for life.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Grateful. Humbled. And hungry for what’s next.

There’s a common belief that working with governments and bureaucrats is tough.

2 months ago, my belief completely changed.

This meeting with the Government of Andhra Pradesh stands out as one of the most important highlights of my career so far.

While I was visibly jittery during the presentation, Hon’ble CM N. Chandrababu Naidu calmly listened through every detail- patiently, attentively - and only noted his questions towards the very end.
What struck me even more was the energy and curiosity he brought to the room, despite it being a meeting at the end of a long day.

This was an absolutely new proposition, yet the intent to understand, challenge, and improve it was unmistakable.

For the first time, I’ve seen a government that is actively pitching to businesses, encouraging entrepreneurs to set up shop, and genuinely partnering in execution.
This is exactly what every progressive government should aspire to do.

On the ground, the impact is already visible:
	•	Creating new work opportunities for women
	•	Collaborating with renowned organisations to move districts towards NET ZERO
	•	Driving conversations around health, fitness, and sustainable growth

What started as a small experiment is now scaling like wildfire across the state, with the government itself championing the initiative.

The vision held by Hon’ble Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Vikas Marmat , PD at KADA, is truly commendable.

I walk away from this experience amazed, inspired, and genuinely excited about what’s coming next.

This is governance done right.
And I feel incredibly privileged to be part of this journey.
