❓Are you assessing and measuring your rep’s leading indicators?

We’re talking about activities, behaviours and competencies.

Without assessing and measuring those leading indicators, the front line leader is unable to accurately target who to coach, how and when. How does enablement define the key skills to enable on? Gut feel? 

In addition, those leading indicators require measurement to understand the impact of coaching and enablement. 

I’d go as far as to say that without this measurement, it’s virtually impossible to measure the correlated revenue impact of enablement - which is ultimately the whole point. 

Remember, revenue is a goal and an outcome of a collection of activities, behaviours and competencies.

🚩 There are more open Chief Revenue Officer positions advertised, than VP Enablement. Why is this?

Is it because CRO attrition is naturally higher, especially in tougher economic conditions?  Or perhaps because company executives do not see the value of enablement to warrant VP level positions?

How many 'Enablement Manager' positions are there?  Hundreds.

The perception of Enablement's strategic value is still in question.  What are your thoughts?
