-Lead end-to-end Compliance Team to establish productively reports of Agent Compliance Check Activities, Sale Accuracy Check Activities; ensuring Heineken's Agent fully complies with relevant Standard Operation Procedure(SoPs) and SLA.
-Bridge manual audit programs to the digitisations world including Power BI Reports of Performance Management of internal and external factors. 
-Drive for the issue escalation, corrective action formulation, and tracking as per Agent Governance RACI, ensuring the open issue is timely and properly close. 
-Drive flawless controls at Agents through a working quality score of at least 95%. 
-Lead for the Agent management process improvement through Compliance Check Activities in line with business movement.
-Annual Budget management, ensuring monthly and yearly expense of Compliance Team is under-control.
