Uplift the current understanding of reservoir performance of the Jubilee and TEN Fields in offshore Ghana, West Africa

•	Working towards maximizing the value of the seismic inputs towards our current reservoir characterization, by:
      o	performing seismic interpretation and high-end absolute seismic inversion, both in 3D and 4D, on the existing seismic volumes. and integrating into geologic models.
      o	acquiring a new NAZ seismic time-lapse monitor survey to understand pressure and saturation changes, and planning an OBN seismic survey for better velocity model and enhanced seismic resolution 

•	Regenerated seismic-well ties to understand and evaluate the seismic response of the lithology and the fluids at the well locations, in order to generate a better correlation between seismic attributes and reservoir properties.

Senior Development Geophysicist

Ecopetrol America Inc.

Seismic based structural (fault and horizon) and stratigraphic interpretation and attribute analysis towards a better reservoir characterization for multiple producing fields in deep-water Gulf of Mexico. 
•	Implementing basic and high-end seismic interpretation, attribute analysis, spectral decomposition, geo-bodies extraction, simple geologic model build, closing-the-loop, illumination studies, seismic acquisition survey design, and structural modeling/restoration for improved understanding of geologic setting and hence identifying future in-fill opportunities.

•	Performed regional seismic interpretation on multi-seismic surveys, generating integrated structure and well data input towards refined basin modeling for better sub-regional opportunity identification.
•	De-risked 1 of the identified prospects by performing rigorous seismic interpretation and integration with offset well data, enabling team to focus on more lucrative parts of exploration funnel.

Exploration Geophysicist, South Atlantic Exploration and Appraisal Team

Provided analysis inputs towards seismically constrained reservoir characterization, for variety of fields in deep-water Gulf of Mexico, including Mars, Ursa, Princess, King, Na Kika, and Brutus.
•	Reviewed existing interpretation, QC-ed inconsistencies in horizon picking, extracted and cross-plotted seismic attributes against in-well petrophysical properties, predicting Net Pay away from wells, for Mars and Ursa fields.
•	Explained seismic response (3D and 4D) that characterized fluid effects / movement, which could be directly incorporated into fit-for-purpose realistic static and dynamic reservoir model building.
•	Performed probabilistic seismic inversion (to close-the-loop) for reservoir properties using available time-lapse seismic data, enabling the creation of seismically constrained reservoir model.

Reservoir (QI) Geophysicist, Integrated Reservoir Modeling

Executed research, development, and deployment of geophysical surveillance technologies for improved implementation of time-lapse seismic data, which can then allow better subsurface understanding of fluid movements in steam injection projects.
•	Demonstrated improvements in imaging and monitoring of steam chest using downhole seismic (VSP and cross-well), enabling better characterization of steam front for onshore thermal-based EOR project.
•	Accomplished integrated seismic (3D / 4D) interpretation and closing-the-loop using time-lapse 3D surface and downhole seismic, allowing generation of seismically constrained static and dynamic reservoir model.
•	Performed comprehensive pre-survey modeling for integrated downhole seismic survey deployment, enhancing team’s understanding of value offered by technologies such as VSP and cross-well data.
•	Supervised 6 student interns during summer projects, leading to not only numerous high-quality geophysical deliverables but also establishment of Shell as attractive employer to graduate students.
