I was tasked with cutting potato plants into little stems that contain little buds in them so that they could grow into new potato plants. I have been working with different variants of potato plants in the process. Every variant that I work with has its name so that I do not mix the variants or they might get contaminated. That is why we keep everything labeled and separated from one another. When I started working for Agri-Research Ltd., I started slow and was starting to learn the basics of how the business works and the science behind growing the variants. After many days of working there, I started picking up the pace and speed of working and made more plants of the different variants that I was tasked to work with.

As an intern working for Radical AI, I took the opportunity to show off my graphic designing skills by applying to a few courses they had online, on different design job opportunities when working for a company. This allowed me to gain more experience and build up my skills in what I already had learned at NAIT. Such skills were redesigning a company's logo by first conceptualizing the idea of what a new logo should look like, creating art for a company's merchandise with simple designs that pop out and help advertise what the company is all about, and designing social media posts for advertising and spreading awareness to a company. I then went on to work with a group of people from around the world to help conceptualize a design in Figma for a future job-applying website by working together as a team and thinking about how the website interface would look and how people would navigate through it.

Hello There! My name is Kurran Sihota. I currently live in Edmonton, AB. I am highly skilled in graphic design and have taken pride in designing product packages as well as vector graphic posters, logos, and more. My special talents are working fast and never being late. I graduated with a GPA of 3.7 which has earned my spot in the Dean's Honour Roll. I have used my skills and knowledge of graphic design and applied it to volunteering for different world organizations that deal with serious world problems and ongoing issues in the lives of others. I have always been fascinated by making art over the past several years of my life up until now. Having this skill has truly branched me out to try other things that I can do.
